Refund Policy

At Breally, we aim to provide intuitive, powerful tools that help businesses grow. This Refund Policy applies to users who subscribe to Breally’s services (e.g., storefront management, business automation, and AI tools). It governs refunds for platform usage fees, not physical goods sold by merchants on the platform.


  • General Refund Principles

Breally operates on a subscription-based model. Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or annual, and users are billed accordingly. As a digital service, all fees are deemed final unless otherwise stated.

We are committed to transparency, fairness, and compliance with relevant consumer protection laws, including Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).

  • Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate billing or incorrect plan).
  • Service Disruption: Prolonged platform outage or significant functionality failure lasting more than 72 hours, not caused by scheduled maintenance or third-party issues.
  • Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your consent (e.g., fraudulent use of payment credentials).
  • Cancellation within Trial Period: If your plan includes a trial period and you cancel within that time, no fees will be charged.
  • First-Time Subscription Refunds: You may request a refund within 24 hours of your first payment, provided there has been minimal usage of the platform (e.g., no store launched, no data imported, etc.).
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after the trial or refund window.
  • Failure to use the service or forgetting to cancel.
  • Downgrades or cancellations after a billing cycle has started (you will retain access until the end of the period).
  • Violations of Breally’s Terms of Service leading to suspension or termination.
  • Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email, transaction ID, reason for the request, and any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors).
  3. Breally will respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges unless a valid claim is made under this policy.
