This Refund Policy applies to users who subscribe to Breally’s services (e.g., storefront management, business automation, and AI tools). It governs refunds for platform usage fees, not physical goods sold by merchants on the platform.
Breally operates on a subscription-based model. Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or annual, and users are billed accordingly. As a digital service, all fees are deemed final unless otherwise stated.
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and compliance with relevant consumer protection laws, including Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).
